Sears Travel Responds to Sears Canada CCAA Announcement

Sears Travel continues to operate as usual under TravelBrands Inc.

On June 22, 2017 Sears Canada Inc. (Sears Canada) announced that it had been granted an order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the CCAA).

Sears Travel is operated by TravelBrands Inc., one of Canada’s largest travel companies. As such Sears Travel is not part of the CCAA Order regarding Sears Canada Inc. Sears Travel customers are not impacted by the Order. TravelBrands is committed to provide the highest levels of service and security for all of its customers including its Sears Travel customers
