Agents who utilize Hahn Air for HR-169 interline ticketing no longer receive important Hahn Air updates due to the recent ANTI SPAM legislation that was passed in Canada in 2014.
Steve Beck, part of Hahn Air's North American Global Account Management team says, "Canadian agents might not even know they are missing our communications. With the new law taking effect last year, we can no longer update the agents on new airlines available for ticketing as well as other important information like the recent addition of the American Express Card as a payment method."
