Canada is #4 in the world for debit memos but help is on the way

TORONTO — Debit memos have long been a major headache for travel agents especially in Canada and now Canadian travel agencies have the dubious honour of one of the highest instances of agency debit memos (ADMs) in the world.

After lobbying from ACTA and with help from IATA and ACCELYA a new automated technological solution aimed at reducing the number of ADMs agents have to deal with is in the works, with an expected roll-out in September 2018. READ FULL ARTICLE.
