ACTA Alberta’s Annual Event Shines Despite Snow

It didn’t go quite as planned, but the ACTA Alberta annual golf tournament yesterday played out as a success nonetheless.

Participants from across the province and beyond joined representatives for the event, which started and ended at Ponoka’s Wolf Creek Golf Resort on Tuesday. But thanks to Mother Nature and a few centimeters of early snowfall, Plan B was called into action and most participants instead enjoyed a day at Heritage Lanes Bowling Alley in Red Deer.
