ACTA and Seabourn Renew Corporate Partnership Agreement

The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) has renewed its Bronze Level Corporate Partnership through 2019 with Seabourn, the world’s finest ultra-luxury cruise line.

Seabourn offers a range of cruise experiences ranging from seven-day Caribbean itineraries to an exotic 146-day luxury voyage around the world on its fleet of intimate ships that visit the heart of the world’s most desirable destinations where larger ships are too big to follow.

“Sales of Luxury Travel is a market that attracts a growing number of travelers and we know these travelers turn to professional Travel Agents to plan and manage their luxury travel investment. We are so pleased to partner with Seabourn, which shares and supports our commitment to work in the best interests of the travel industry,” says ACTA President, Wendy Paradis. “Through Seabourn’s support of Canadian Travel Agencies and their contribution to education through the Seabourn Academy, our ACTA members are introduced to the finest travel experiences and learn how to attract and satisfy a luxury travel clientele, and that benefits all of us and our clients.”

“Seabourn is a firm advocate of travel professionals across Canada and beyond because they provide an invaluable service to travelers seeking life-shaping experiences across the world,” says Chris Austin, senior vice president of Global Marketing & Sales at Seabourn. “Sharing information about Seabourn, our fleet, our itineraries, and excursions programs with the network of experienced travel professionals in the ACTA membership is part of our mutual commitment to service excellence.”

A quarterly podcast with Chris Austin will be scheduled for ACTA members throughout the year and a webinar, Seabourn – Where Extraordinary Happens, is scheduled for July 17, 2019 as part of added educational components in this year’s partnership.
