IATA Update for all Agents in BSP Canada and Bermuda

IATA would like to inform you that, as of July 22nd, 2013 onwards, the IATA operations for Canada will be fully migrated to the Service Centre Americas located in Miami, Florida, USA. All requests to IATA related to BSP participation, will be handled by the ISS Operations at the Service Center The Americas (SCA).

Our Customer Service department may be reached through the following channels:

Via our Customer Portal at www.iata.org/americas, where you can choose your preferred language. This is IATA’s primary communication channel to log an enquiry. Upon receipt of your query an automatic notification will be sent to you with a reference/case number in order to ensure an efficient follow up. After queries are received, we will contact you if clarification is required.

The Customer Portal is available 24 hours 7 days a week. All queries registered through this channel will be attended during regular business hours from 9:30 to 18:00 (Eastern Time) from Monday to Friday. Additionally, in the “Resource Center” you can download useful manuals, documents, BSP Reporting Calendars, and solutions for frequently asked
questions (FAQs).

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that all important communications which may affect your operations, are always uploaded into BSPLink in the folder "Files" > "Download Communications".
