ACTA Announces New Director of Membership: Doreen Lynch

The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) is pleased to announce that Doreen Lynch will be the Director of Membership for the organization. Doreen will lead ACTA's team of Membership Managers across Canada while working out of the National office as part of ACTA's Senior Management Team. Doreen begins her new role on Monday June 5th, 2017.

This appointment reflects the goals set out by the association to better serve our members across the country and make significant progress on our strategic priorities.

Wendy Paradis, President of ACTA shares that , "ACTA looks forward to welcoming Doreen to the position of Director of Membership. Doreen brings a wealth of experience to ACTA with over 30 years serving both the Travel Agency and Supplier channels making it a natural transition into her new role."

In her new position, Doreen will be accountable for growing the membership base of the organization in all membership categories, membership benefit program usage and servicing member needs on a national level, with a focus on key membership accounts.

Prior to joining ACTA, Doreen was working for Totalstay/Jac Travel as Sales Manager, Canada. Doreen has served in senior positions throughout her career as Vice President, Thomas Cook affiliate network, and Executive Vice President Advantage Travel and Cruise Centers.
