On behalf of ACTA and its mandate to “Educate and Elevate,” Open Jaw is reaching out to the retail travel community for a deep dive into the relevance of the words ‘travel agent.’

Since 2001, we have survived and thrived to prove the naysayers who predicted the death of the agent wrong. And we have done so by being so much more than agents. Yet the term is still the #1 terminology used around the world.
