It is our pleasure to invite you to the first regional Agency Debit Memo (ADM) Workshop on 1 October in Toronto, Canada. The IATA ADM Management and Reduction Operations team will be meeting you in Toronto for a one-day workshop where we will present the progress of the ADM Group (formally known as the ADM User Group, ADMUG) and initiatives with an extensive agenda included below for your reference. We will also review the ADM data specifically related to Canada, talk about your main pain points and discuss how the industry can address them together.
