Post-Billing Disputes Webinar

Last fall, ACTA and IATA hosted the a successful first regional Agency Debit Memo (ADM) Workshop. Over 40 retail travel agencies and airlines participated in the one-day workshop, designed for those directly involved in the back-end travel agency accounting operations. Of particular interest was the Post-Billing Dispute process. For those that were unable to participate in the in-person workshop, IATA is hosting a webinar on this important subject January 28, 2020 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM EST. Post-Billing Disputes is a topic that we deal with on a regular basis, but how well do you know the process? 

After the great outcome of the Post-Billing Dispute Webinar in June 2019, we have decided to launch a second Webinar on 28 January to expand everyone's understanding on the post-billing dispute processes. 

In the webinar we will be covering topics regarding Post-Billing Disputes from a Resolution perspective, as well as we will go through the life cycle of a transaction and discuss how the process works in BSPlink.
 
In order to accommodate for the different time zones, we have set two sessions. Please use the links below in order to register for any of the sessions.
