ACTA has recently updated the Fraud Toolkit, in order to help you protect yourself. Fraud is a problem which affects the travel industry and unfortunately, the amount of fraud is growing and expect that trend to continue for the next several years. The Association of Canadian Travel Agents (ACTA) in partnership with The Association of Tour Operators of Quebec (ATOQ) hosted a travel industry discussion on Fraud that included tips and tricks to help prevent Fraud.
