Frances is a long-time ACTA member and representative on its Independent Travel Advisor Committee. She serves as a Trusted Senior Travel Advisor and Manager, Business Development & Talent with Stewart Travel Group in Prince Edward Island, bringing more than 25 years of experience across the travel, tourism, and public service sectors.

Known for her lifelong passion for exploration -- sparked by her first solo trip at age seven -- Frances continues to contribute to the travel advisor community through leadership, mentorship, and client-focused expertise.
