European River Cruise Summit with Avalon Waterways 2026

The Avalon Waterways European River Cruise Summit in partnership with ACTA returns for its fourth year in 2026! From November 14–21, 2026, selected ACTA member travel advisors will embark on an immersive 8-day onboard education experience along the Danube River, sailing from Nuremberg to Budapest.Designed to strengthen river cruise product knowledge through firsthand learning, this unique professional development opportunity continues to provide advisors with valuable insights into one of travel’s fastest-growing sectors.Applications are now closed; however, members can still view the itinerary here. ACTA 2027 Canadian National Summit

The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors (ACTA) will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2027 with a landmark National Summit on September 9, 2027, at the Toronto Congress Centre. Marking five decades of leadership, advocacy and service to Canada's travel agencies and travel advisors, ACTA is planning a year of special events and initiatives celebrating its history, recognizing its members and industry partners, and looking ahead to the future.
