WOW Air ceases operations and cancels all flights

WOW Air, an Icelandic low-cost carrier that operated services between Iceland, Asia, Europe and North America, ceased operations. We understand that all flights have been cancelled.

If booked through WOW Air directly, the Canadian Transportation Agency has some suggestions that may be helpful:

• Contact your travel agent or other transportation providers as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
• If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card company to see if you are eligible to be reimbursed or rebooked on another flight.
• If you purchased travel insurance, contact the insurance company to see if you are covered.
