ACTA 2014 HR Survey

ACTA is conducting a survey on Human Resources in the Travel Industry and encourages all member agencies to participate. The survey results will assist you in human resource management in your travel agency, providing you with benchmark information on recruitment and training issues, compensation and benefits. All members who complete the survey will receive a copy of the survey report at no cost.

For non-participants, the fee for the report will be $300 for ACTA members and $750 for non-members. Your responses will also assist ACTA in addressing our strategic initiative on promoting careers in the travel industry. We hope that you will take the time to participate.
