Have your say about IATA's New Distribution Capability (NDC)

Dear ACTA Member,

As I have advised, IATA and participating airlines globally have been developing and exploring the concept of a New Distribution Capability (NDC). ACTA is pleased to be taking part in a global study on this subject. ACTA supports this outreach because it is a major opportunity for agents to state their understanding and views about NDC.

In fact, ACTA along with our colleagues around the world will be taking part in this study which is targeted at getting your thoughts and feedback on how you search and sell airline products today and what you would consider beneficial in the future.

The WTAAA and IATA engaged Atmosphere Research Group, an independent, objective travel industry research company, and T2Impact, an airline-focused consultancy, to create this research study for us.

The survey that can be accessed via the click here button below is estimated to take between 11 - 14 minutes to complete and we would strongly encourage you to have your say on this important industry issue.

All answers to this survey are anonymous. No personally identifiable information (PII) is being collected or stored. In addition, Survey Sampling International (SSI), the company hosting the survey's website, informs us that they maintain appropriate technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect survey takers' information, including, without limitation, PII, received or collected by SSI. SSI reviews, monitors and evaluates its privacy practices and protection systems on a regular basis.

Thank you for taking the time to be a part of the global study in which travel agents across the globe will have the chance to express their views and opinions. We anticipate the full report will be available later this year.

We thank you in advance for your participation. CLICK HERE to take the survey
