ACTA welcomes its new Allied Member Martinique

Created in July 2003, The Martinique Tourism Authority – which has its headquarter in Fort-de-France on the island- is a State-owned industrial and commercial establishment that aims to promote and highlight the destination to the general public and professionals. It has therefore a pivotal role in all touristic development questions and strategic promotion regarding Martinique.

As the outpost of the Martinique Tourism Authority, The Martinique Promotion Bureau (MPB) is responsible for the design, implementation, and coordination of all aspects of the tourist promotion of Martinique in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. The MPB enforces the marketing and communication strategy by providing information and contacts, organizing seminars and trade events, handling press and public relations, conceptualizing all ad campaigns and proactively canvassing new trade partners in order to efficiently promote the destination. Localized in Montreal, the Canadian office of the MPB implements strategies and directives directly from the Martinique Tourism Authority.
