FRAUD MONTH EVENTS AND RESOURCES:

  1. Security must move at the speed of innovation- and in an increasingly digital world, knowing how to protect transactions occurring in the Card-Not-Present (CNP) environment has never been more critical.

Global ecommerce sales are projected to reach $3.5 trillion by 2019, positioning small online retailers for new business opportunities and growth. In Canada, CNP fraud currently accounts for 80 per cent of total fraud, so with the capacity for increased revenue growth comes an increased risk of fraud attempts. It’s imperative that businesses implement multi-layered security strategies to increase consumer confidence and protect their bottom line. But how can you be vigilant in safeguarding against CNP fraud?
