Don McPhail - You will be missed!

After 19 years of dedicated service, Don Mcphail, Assistant Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Canada, has decided to retire. Don’s last day will be November 28. Don’s calm demeanor, level-headed approach and industry relationships have helped define his successful career.

Don joined the National brand in 1999 as Director of Sales for the west of Canada. His success in this role led to his promotion in 2004, to Vice President of Sales for Canada based in Toronto.  In this role, he lead a team responsible for corporate and travel industry partnerships for both National and Alamo. In 2007, following the acquisition of National and Alamo, Don took on his current role where he has been instrumental in leading the integration and development efforts for all three brands within our corporate and travel agency businesses.

Throughout his career Don has been an active brand ambassador representing us on multiple committees and associations such as ACTE, GBTA, and ACTA.

We want to congratulate Don on his upcoming retirement and thank him for his outstanding leadership and dedication to the company.  We wish him and his wife Joni nothing but the best in their future.

ACTA would like to thank Don McPhail for his continuous support to ACTA. We value our time working with you in Corporate Partnership and thank you for your commitment to the association. We congratulate and wish you great things in retirement and look forward to continuing our Corporate Partnership with Enterprise and creating new opportunities and initiatives for our members.

All the best Don!
