ACTA meets and greets Algonquin College Travel and Tourism students and educators

On March 26, 2018 Algonquin College held their annual “meet and greet” for graduating students from their Tourism & Travel Program. This opportunity is given to the students so that they can engage with suppliers to learn more about the employment opportunities available in the travel industry. The event was held in the Restaurant International on campus and the students from the culinary program had wonderful freshly prepared food to enjoy as the suppliers and students networked during the evening! Fiona Bowen, ACTA Regional Membership Manager, Ontario and Atlantic attended the meet and greet and networked with the students about the employment opportunities in the travel industry.
