Raining down fun at the 2016 ACTA Alberta/NWT End of Summer Event

Plagued with poor weather, although not snow as it was in 2014, the ACTA Alberta & Northwest Territories region made the best of it during their end of summer event held in Red Deer on August 22. After 3 holes of golf, play was called off and golfers were moved into the clubhouse.  Park’n Fly set up a putting range in the pro shop and a masseuse was available thanks to Collette Vacations.

As a "plan B" ACTA Regional Manager Barb Sutherland brought out the board games! The event turned to board game battles that included networking and laughter!

Those who particpated in the Man Tracker activity at Heritage Ranch had their day cancelled and were moved to Rooster’s in Red Deer and treated to an afternoon of Beer and Wine Tasting that included a flambé lunch.  It seems those who had chose to particpate in the Spa option made the right choice on this day.

Thank you to our sponsors, Air Canada, YYC Airport Authority, and others who came out to support the day especially our Alberta agency members.

In the early evening all event particpants gathered together for a recption and dinner  that included prize giveaways.

We look forward to having everyone back next year to enjoy more of our ACTA Alberta/NWT hospitality!
