Kemi Wells wins Tomorrow's leader award

Kemi joined the North South Travel team in the Fall of 2014. Although under 30 years of age, she brought a wealth of sales, marketing and public relations experience with her and an incredible passion for all things travel!  Kemi has visited more than 40 countries and experienced various types of travel, from the bare-bones of backpacking to all-inclusive luxury resorts however, she had never worked in the travel industry before joining us.  Kemi has thrown herself in to the business – learning at an amazing pace, and showing herself to be a quick learner and a natural leader.  She has inspired our travel advisors to set personal goals, develop niche markets and streamline their sales processes.  She continues to inspire and guide our staff to maximize their potential – personally and professionally.   In addition to her very full workload in the agency, Kemi joined the Vancouver chapter of YTP (Young Travel Professionals) and quickly took over as an event organizer and key driver for that group.  Her hard work and enthusiasm for this industry will carry her far and on to roles with more and more responsibility and influence.
