If you are looking for a more local experience visit the Black Market, the main providing market of seafood for local restaurants and locals. You’ll also visit Puerto Nuevo and try the famous lobster prepared and accompanied with handmade flour tortillas, rice, salsa and beans. To end your trip, visit Tijuana and try the authentic Caesar salad, where it was invented in 1954.
You’ll get the opportunity to visit in Baja California Sur the world’s largest open air salt factory and witness the peculiar cooking of the chocolata clams in La Paz. For those who enjoy water activities Baja California Sur offers sports fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving, and whale watching excursions for the whole family to live a close encounter with the world’s largest mammal.

You’ll witness the production process of the Mennonite cheese and visit Mennonite communities that offer a wide range of handcrafted cheese options. Admire the impressive landscape of the Copper Canyon and have a once in a lifetime experience in “El Chepe”, the only passengers train in Mexico. For those seeking adventure and an adrenaline rush experience the longest zip line in the world, almost five kilometers long and 450 meters high over the breathtaking Copper Canyon.
